I were buying a 19200 BS> bps modem, but I did only connect by 14400 ;-) It's odd how the technology changes... I connect to about 5 BBS's regularly because they carry different echonets. I connect to my ISP first, then Telnet to each one. Nicer than Long Distance, but loses some of the nostalgia. :-) But I was going to mention that now we're up to 56k (DSL & Cable for some folks) yet it's still a took to communicate! :-) Jim ...
