I never meant to get into IT.  I really wanted to be a pharmacist!  Life
has a funny way of changing one's plans.

That's great to hear.  At least his years of hard work have paid off for
him in that way.

I just might.  My Senator, Marsha Blackburn, is one I will contact soon
as well as my Congresswoman, Diana Harshbarger, has reached out to me.
I am going to try to get my Social Security claim expedited since I am
destitute and homeless according to the VA.

I am also working on a 1151 claim with the VA also.

      Title: Microwave Bacon and Cheese Quesadillas
 Categories: Mexican, Meats
      Yield: 4 servings
 
      8 ea Slices bacon
      4 ea 10 inch flour tortillas
      1 x  Butter/margarine, softened
      2 c  Shredded Monterey Jack
      2 c  Shredded cheddar
    1/4 c  Chopped green onions
      2 ea To 4 canned green chilies,
           Cut in long strips
      1 ea Avocado, peel/wedge sliced
      1 ea To 2 tomatoes, slice in
           Wedges or rings
 
  Fry bacon. Set aside.  Place 2 tortillas on 2 large microwave plates.
  Spread with butter (optional).  Sprinkle each with 1/2 of the two
  cheeses, onion and bacon.  Arrange chili strips, spoke-fashion on
  top.  Cover with saran wrap.  Microwave on HIGH, 1 at a time, for 2
  1/2 to 3 minutes. Garnish with avocado and tomato.  Serve immediately.
