Hi Denis,

RH> We don't have a Popeye's closer than Raleigh. There are 2 C-F-A's in town
 RH> however.

DM> In Russia we have "Fried Chick(en)" - net of shops.

Popeye's and Chick-Fil-A are both fried chicken franchises. Popeye's has
bone in chicken pieces as well as boneless nuggets, strips and a
sandwich. Chick-Fil-A only does boneless, mostly sandwiches but you can
also get strips and nuggets. Other chicken franchises you may see us
refer to include Bojangles, Church's and Kentucky Fried Chicken (KFC).
There may be others but these are the main ones in the USA.

 DM> Do you know?

DM> 2) How to prepare chicken fillet to boil on plate?

Boiling on a plate is something I've never done; I use a pot with water
and some sort of seasoning. A fillet should cook in about 20 minutes
this way.

Catch you later,
Ruth
