Jen, couldn't help but to intrude on your conversation with Tom, but when you
said about going to WDW during Thanksgiving, I just had to tell you that when
we went last Thanksgiving it was incredibly jammed! However, to offset the
enormous crowds, there were many extra terrific programs ongoing at that time
of the year. We just went back last week and it was far less crowded, but we
did miss the special programs. Of course, seeing the 25th Celebration a
second time made it a bit more tame. Still, I think it was my most enjoyable
trip to WDW ever! The weather was great at 85 degrees the whole time, and
nothing but sunshine! I was disappointed that they still had not replaced
20,000 Leagues Under the Sea with anything, though, and that the GM Test
Track was not open (not until later this Summer) yet either. We got to eat
at several new restaurants (for us at least) such as the Rose & Crown at UK,
the Spoodles at Boardwalk and we also redid the Poly Luau. I think I'm
beginning to know where everything is and the best way to get around, etc.!
I can't wait to go back again!
