Ok about the scanner thers a mod you do you got to put some kinda cap on the 
scanner to be able to get the weather if you had an ht that gets the weather 
from 136 to 137 you could do it that way but if you do the mod it will mess 
up your squelch ok i got a file hear that shows you how to do the mod to.
