    I also have the Stylus Color printer and have the very same problem. 
Wanted to let you know that you are not the only one with this problem.. The 
print out is in condensed mode and still overruns by at least 2 chars.  If 
you find out what is happening and how to change the settings to get the 
right print out please post it here.

    Hummmm I can't return mine had it too long. I would only assume that you 
would have the same problem......
