In our region (country) most peoples have only (not more) one phone line (two or more lines have only "oligarkhie" - who have billions dollars). So this line are splitting before voice and computer (FIDO), and use this line (receive FIDO calls) at day time is impossible. DSL or other direct connections to Internet have only mans live a big cities, all other may have only dialing connections to Internet - and in the small cities I know prices is 3-4$ per hour (with middle mounth profit on 100$) - that all mounth profit is 30 hours of Internet! In our country "FIDO is an Internet for poor"...
