Well I installed Telemate 1.10 and one things seems to have gone backwards.
I never had any problem with scrolling speed, but that's one of the
things the update addressed.  Now I *do* have a problem with the screen
flickering as if it's being redrawn.

Has anyone else noticed this?  It's very annoying.
