I should hope it does. =)

Thanks. =) But quite frankly, with school days long behind me, I work on
what I want to work on, and well, priorities come into play. Complete and
full internet access is not one of them. My current access does what I
require, I have no extra needs at this time, and I *know* what the
capabilites are when I do find myself wanting to improove the situation.
When that time comes, I will get off my lazy butt and finish the job. =-)

Bingo. A point most people forget, and one that slips my mind from time to
time as well. Be your own censor is what it boils down to.

He wants to keep volume down. I can't blame him for that at all. If all your
bbs users decided to join a few mailing lists that would balloon volume
quite substantially. Its not an issue with me currently either, so I don't
question it. =)
It may make me sound like a couch potatoe, but computers for me have dropped
down a notch on the hobby level and my other passions have taken a stronger
hold, things I'd rather be doing and spending some money on.

I love the way you put that. =)

Agreed. All I can do is re-state what I've already said, for me, I am
getting what I want out of it. All your points are correct, and well, I'm
not here to argue them, just agree with them.
I would definately agree with the fact that people have to give the i-net a
chance, or learn how to use it to their advantage. If they're like me, they
just need to put some time in to find what they require, if they want more,
put more effort into tailoring things for your needs. Its not a system where
you can just "plug-n-play", and unfortuneately thats what most of todays
computer users seem to want.

And yet another good point!

Most definately. Even at its basic level there is something new to be
discovered from a users standpoint. I know if I was to dig in my heels on
whatever aspect, I would be able to open up a completely new world.
If folks got off their lazy butts =) and set themselves up for what they
wanted they wouldn't have any grounds to complain about the net.
Catch Ya Later.
