Uh, that would be twelve lots per city block.  Fences become a problem (I
fenced the back yard because I wanted my dogs to stay in it).  FWIW the fellow
who bought the lady's house next to mine after she passed on (in 1999, at 98)
used to cut four of the lots on his little rider (or his wife would).
