subject: What is a good W95 VirChecker?

Hi Tim,
Tim Wong to All, 09 Oct 97 10:15.
TW> Are W3x and W95 viruses any different than the other run of the
TW> mill kind and am I still well protected by continuing to use this
I don't remember many (if any) W3.x viruses around, and there's only a
couple of win95 ones, which aren't exactly prevalent.
TW> I do have "McAfee VirusScan for Windows95" and
TW> "ThunderByte VirusSoftware v6.52" on a distributed CDROM. I await
TW> your comments on these three packages and whatever other you care to
Just one comment - get an updated version! Certainly of thunderbyte (that's
on 8.03 now), and in which case probably of McAfee as well.
