 I have a number of friends in the SA Pol. - so this is fairly accurate,
 when we had police manned radar traps etc. you had up to 10k over the
 limit, ie. you could do 70 in a 60, same for radar guns and lasers,
 now with the changes (we have "sercuity officers" manning the cameras)
 it's - quotes on - " not more than 10kms and not less than 10%"
 to which I said "what?" - 

 Depending on how much money is being raked in (ie. if the govt. says
 "more fines = more cash)  you "CAN" get booked for 56 in a 50
 or 67 in a 60 etc. but you "WILL" get booked for 60 in a 50 or 70 in a 60.
