Why don't you let it rest, just as I and Malcolm do and see how the world evolves?
 
Whatever the arguments used ... the IC in the past, at present and in the
future had, has and will not have any power. It was one of my first
observations when becoming elected.
 
Nevertheless in ZCC this is not an obstacle to come to a perfectly balanced
consensus as you recently witnessed.... and it isn't me who keeps the issue
alive here, there or anywhere.
