That might do it if it's really a spot. But it'd normally take
something a bit brighter, I'd think.

The fix is "replace the drum". At least if that's the problem.

And a tip for the future. *Never*, ever "blow out" toner. Always use a
vacuum. and you need one with special filters, as toner is *very* fine.

You need this for two reasons. First, it's fine enough that it's not
good for you. Second, it can ruin all sorts of things if it gets into
the wrong places.
