Here is my e-mail sent to Dateline concerning their "expose" of the DARE drug 
program.

Congratulations on a brutally honest portrayal of the DARE program. Another
example of more gov't programs with "feelgood" mentality and damned if it
REALLY works.
The recent revelations concerning the head of Mexico's "narco" military 
and the corruption there should come as no suprise to American
intelligence.  Connsidering that the CIA has has its' biggest overseas
station in Mexico City and Drug Czar Barry McCaffrey spent years commanding
troops in Panama, US intelligence NOT knbowing this information should
come as no suprise.
Perhaps Barry McCaffrey should have the heads of the CIA and the Mexican
military take and be required to "pass" a DARE program. If they could learn
to "just say no!" the CIA and Mena, AK drug corruption wouldn't exist.
