Yes, I did mean 'up' .  Don't ask me why my fingers traveled
all the way over to that 's' - I have no idea :)

It may be that an RC will want to keep an existing net going however, since
most people these days are ion nodes and phone costs aren't a factor.  Our
nets might benefit from having more volunteers, JMHO.
