This packet came through fine, from point 8, so Tobruk processed
it without a problem.  If you look at location 0x32 in your .PKT
file you will see that there is a 0x08 there.  That is proper
operation.  Hunt around and you might find another PKT file that
DOESN'T have a 0x08 there.  THAT is the one causing the problem.
