Rich, this is why people pay me to fix problems that nobody else can fix,
because I don't do stupid stuff like expect a broken system to work right. I
mean if the system were working as designed, why would I need to troubleshoot

   Since I have experienced it all I am very clear on what it takes.  I
suggest that you try to use the environment variables like USERPROFILE since
these work regardless of user name, user configuration, and Windows version.
That is why these variables exist.
