Oh! Well, a recumbent bike is an rather odd-looking contraption (depending on
one's point of view) which has the rider sorta laid back with his or her feet
out in front. Some are long wheelbased, with the front wheel out in front of
your feet, others are short, with the front wheel under your knees, and your
feet hanging out over the front. Just imagine sitting in a recliner, leaned
back. That's approximately the position of the recumbent rider. Much more
comfortable, no numb hands and sore neck, or numb derriere, for that matter!
Howzat?
Again, welcome, and have a good-un
Dave
