As per my previous message, the CVS server is back up now.  anoncvs
checkouts should work once again.  People with write access to the CVS
repository should be able to issue commits again too, although there may be
some problems as I've migrated the user base over from FreeBSD 4.5 to 4.8
and may have forgotten to do something.  Let me know if anything breaks...
