Some senseless babbling from Baden Kudrenecky to David Noon
on 08 Dec 98  00:26:22 about OS/2 C++ Programming?...

 BK> Responding to David Noon from 1998-12-02 concerning OS/2 C++

 BK> Hi David:

 DN> Funny looking address. It doesn't have a com, gov, edu or org ahead of the

Well, I guess we get special treatment because our government created
ARPAnet, which is what's now called the Internet.

It, and the protocol TCP/IP, was originally developed as a military
networking system with fault handling (one router goes down, another can
take over).
