If you ring telstra customer service and ask what type of exchange a certain

number is on, the girl ALWAYS asks "WHY, do you want to know this, DO YOU

WORK FOR TELSTRA" I have been known to say "No I don't, I just know a lot

about their systems and want to know more" .... for some reason, there is

usually a pause in the conversation after that.
