It really is. A couple of times they have asked me if I would be willing to
showcase our system to their potential new customers (we're their biggest
install, as in number of clients and database size, at least in Finland),
and I've said yes but I don't have anything positive to say about this
stuff so maybe you'd better not bring any potential customers here... They
never have, and we don't talk about that anymore
Beyond that, it really is tiresome to fight this crap on a daily basis.
