Thanks to the delzero program, I now have Special Requests
set up so that if you upload a 0-length file, it will clobber
the existing thing in Special Requests, and then it will be
deleted from the files list about 2 days later.

BTW, could whoever has been uploading files to Special Requests
recently please include a description?  JPGTEST and PPOINT
are the two I am referring to.  BFN.  Paul.
