Hey, William.  The meaning of that single rule can be viewed as anything
that is not specifically "about" philosophy itself is off topic.  So,
one cannot express one's "own" philosophy, nor the philosophy of another,
because those are not "about" philosophy.
Personally, it would have been better worded as "All messages must be
philosophical".
