Well, her message from the future was dated only a few days after the time
when Sinclair returned to the station.
Since Sheridan went to Z'ha'dum some time after that, its pretty clear to me
that the timeline involving Ivanova's message didn't happen.
The Minbari, using B4 as a base, were able to weaken the Shadows
sufficiently, such that they were not ready to attack B5 at the time of
Ivanova's message.
At least that's how I recollect it. Something about having x-many more ships
than they would have otherwise.
So it is theoretically, speculatively, possible that B5 might survive this
iteration of the Shadow war cycle, presuming the Vorlons don't destroy it
either.
Or it might not. :-)
