ps1) I know fastback/2 will work,  but Symantec is not interested in
     continuing with it (send them hate mail).  IBM's dualstore might
     work, but I do not have 1st hand experience running it without a
     separate controller.

ps2) You're getting awfully upset about a $50 tape drive that isn't much
     better than a floppy drive.
