Since you are the Great White Apologist for those things racial, lets
examine this case.

Setting: Duke University, Durham, North Carolina.

Durham a predominantly blue collar town, with a sizeable African American population.

Duke University, a college that has well to do spoiled rotten rich white boys attend.

Mike Nifong, a Democrat District Attorney for the Durham area.

Duke Lacrosse team hold a party, invites a couple strippers, one or more
strippers are african american females.

We will stipulate that many on the team had no business at a party where
alchohol was being served.

After party, one stripper accuses several players of raping her, I heard
that she only accused the white players and the only black player on the
team did not get accused. Eventually 3 players, all white get charged!

Knowing that he is standing for election, Nifong decides to take the case
himself, as opposed to appointing a asst DA.

Duke cancels the Lacrosse season, fires the Lacrosse coach, boys all
subjected to intense media scrutiny, bullied by the roving Reverends
(Sharpton and Jackson), reputations blemished, lives wrecked, families
taken to the breaking points.

After ceding the case to the states highest prosecutor, whom later
exhonnerates them and determines Nifongs prosecution and conduct was
irreprehensible.

Ok, so you probably read about all this in the news?

You said little about it since, because it involved a Democrat DA, who was
trying to impress his african american constituency by try to punish
"whitey".

If this was a case about a GOP DA who prosecuted 3 african americans in the
same manner, you would have been foaming at the mouth.

This is a prime example of how Democrats PANDER to african americans to
make it look like they are trying to keep their interests at heart, when in
fact it was really about him trying to stay in office when the next
election came up.

Had the stripper been white or the boys black, he wouldnt have took this
case, however if the boys had been black, he actually may have seen to it
no charges would have been brought.

This is a good example why no law enforcement office should ever be an elected one.
