Good luck. Interestingly enough Canada requires citizenship for police. My 
former employer, Illinois Central Rauilroad has been bought by CN.  As a 
result of this and Federal Law, it is entirely conceivable that their 
railroad police will be enforcing law in any/every jurisdiction they have 
business interest in in the US but current US officers will be unable to 
legally go into Canada to do same.
