Initially the file wasn't imported into the CVS correctly but this was
corrected later.  timed.hlp in timed/doc should work OK.

$cd ~/src/timed/doc
$cvs up
$md5 timed.hlp
MD5 (timed.hlp) = 24d4aefb6aacad84e4fe606b570423f1

Alternatively, build your own timed.hlp:

$cd ~/src/timed/util
$make hlpcomp
gcc -W -Wall -O2 -o hlpcomp hlpcomp.c -s
$./hlpcomp help.text
./hlpcomp: Done! 7 help categories found.
$md5 timed.hlp
MD5 (timed.hlp) = 24d4aefb6aacad84e4fe606b570423f1
