It allows you to control a whole group of files, e.g. a product
such as "MSGED", with a single CVS command (which will spawn lots
of RCS commands).  It is a MUCH more controlled environment.  You
can still use RCS if you want, even when you are using CVS, but
it really is something you have to see for yourself.  If you've
made a whole swag of mods to MSGED, you can just go:

cvs diff

and it comes back and shows you all the changes you've made to all
the files!  You can add a whole lot of files instead of just one at
a time, etc.  BFN.  Paul.
