Yep.
OTOH there was a conversation a while back on a different net where one
of the "regulars" had invited one of these guys who maintains that he
supports citizens' right to be armed...but only with government
approved firearms and to be used at government approved functions by
government approved persons...anyway, his thought was that it wasn't
right for folks to be able to legally defend their home and family.
When it was suggested that perhaps Mr. Peek would care to place a sign
on his premises that essentially said the above, and or that his
pro-gun neighbor place a sign that indicated the unarmed status of said
Mr. Peek, the gentleman went berserk.
He only wanted "reasonable" gun control. Kinda along the lines of what
!@#$ing HCI buffoons want...
He didn't last. Couldn't hang out with a bunch of radical gun nuts
that disagreed with his idea of "reasonable."
