MARK, i dont think that the punishment is all that much "tougher"
but at the same time it is.I think that punishment should fit the crime
and the times...100 years ago children were not punished as "hard as
they are to day"but then again they knew that if they didnt respect or
didnt do their duties,that they would get a punishment,ever since people
stopped "punishing their children(as hard or as often)look at what has
happened.im not saying you should beat a child,but at least have a
stricked set of rules and make them pay for not following,i also think
that if PARENTS WOULD CONTROL THEIR CHILDREN,THE CHILDREN WOULD LEARN TO
Control THEM SELVES(not the answer to world peace ,but hey!it is a
start..)
