I did say for years already that I have no problem with a proportional vote
based on "1 sysop 1 vote" for the next ZC-election and remain of
that POV.
 
Whether the majority of the P4-electorate for a ZC-election will honour
that POV is a totally different matter.
 
Other than that RC50 never said anything of the kind either in this
conference, in REGCON.EUR or in ENET.SYSOP. If you believe otherwise then
someone has taken you for a ride.
