You gotta have biscuits when eating grits.  And eggs.  But not just
any kind of biscuits.  It's gotta be those Southern-style homecooked
biscuits.  Know what I mean?

Cold white beans on bread, toast or biscuits makes for a great
breakfast.  Trust me.  I know.  And don't forget about the grits.
Especially fried grits.

Okay, okay.  So you don't know how to make fried grits.  In which
case I'll tell you -

Place leftover grits in pan, spreading grits in pan like a pancake.
Place pan of grits in refrigerator.
Next morning, cut grits into squares.
Dip squares of grits in egg, and roll in fish fry.
Deep fry until golden brown - about 10 to 20 seconds.
Serve warm.
