I find my males very very friendly and during the hormonal
periods they go through they are not bad...where the female
lovebird becomes Witchypoo....she can be vicious...the males
might nip at me but it passes quickly enough...with her she is
just plain vicious...;)

I think males are more friendly even from birth...the females
seem to be more stand offish....;) The way I picked my first
tiel was from a clutch of 6...I let him pick me...;)
