 There are many things that the Moderator doesn't know. 
The Galaxy was dissassembled by StarFleet due to it's faults.  It was in a 
book, I'm not sure of the title but I'll drag myself over to the Book Store 
again.  There is no supreme trekkie besides Gene Roddenberry even the 
GREAT Bill of the Star Trek: General Echo can compare. 
Books have to be reviewed by Paramount before they can be released so if 
Paramount doesn't like the idea then... They won't authorize it.
