 This is a case of nobody caring. The general scenario seems to be to do away 
with David ASAP. There were accusations of him SAYING things that we know he 
could not say. He was still suspended but able to give us the name of the boy 
that did say it.

 Very rarely were both children suspended here. It is a county rule that when 
there is a fight all involved are suspended. This has not happened.
