Thanks, Amy. I can assure Gary007Seven that it was integral to the original
film as shown. It's at 7:35-7:36 in the programme. And in the film the
(UnsteadyCam(TM)) camera moved noticeably, so it wasn't likely to have been
added in post. This can be verified by others who've seen it - Ranger
Elenopa for one.
