I haven't had problems creating a semaphore, I ve hgad problems creating one
suitable for use by the timer functions. However Gary was kind enough to point
out that i could simply typecast my semaphore to the appropriate kind to
achieve the result I wanted.
I do appreciate you post though, as I'm sure someone will find it useful.
