Assuming you are happy to do the cutover, this is what I suggest:

1. David Drummond and anyone upstream of him should stop posting
messages in:

LOCSYSOP
LOCUSER
PUBLIC_DOMAIN

2. Bill, you need to just tell me a date and time which you will
call, I will wait here, and the moment I see you call, I will
stop the BBS, and then switch from 3:711/934.18 to 3:640/305.9
in the above 3 echos.

3. I will post a message in LOCSYSOP and export it immediately

4. Bill, you can call back in 10 minutes time with your 3:640/305.9
address, and we will see what happens.


I want to make sure that Tobruk can handle this (this is where it
is meant to do better than Squish), so I am keen to get this in
place before Tobruk 0.31 gets released this weekend.  So assuming
no-one has any objections, I will try to be watching at 7pm 
15/8/95 to see if Bill calls me.  If he does, I'll assume it's on,
and make the switch.
