I'm uncertain how involved they would want to get.  To my understanding one
of them, if not both, feeds the Russian echoes from their
primary uplink so they should be reachable in those echoes by him.

I had sent out netmails to them to see what their take on the whole
sittuation over there was, but I've not recieved anything back.  I guess I
should follow up on that.

I am quite interested in it, as to my undestanding the Russian segment runs
a pretty tight ship... I'd really like to find out more about how they
operate.
