PL>>>> Both guys run BinkP systems 24/7, and both are very stable with up PL>>>> time, so there is no reason you souldn;t be able to reach them. VD>>> OK, if they are agree, mail to IC for assign election Z2C. PL>> That wouldn't be appropriate. They are no longer Z2 nodes, but are PL>> members of this net (267) in Z1... they reside in New York. They PL>> have no say in the matter other than maybe support for the wishes of PL>> the Russian segment of FidoNet. RW> Perhaps they can communicate to him what we've not been able to get RW> across RW> to him. It's probably easier to explain it in Russian. I'm uncertain how involved they would want to get. To my understanding one of them, if not both, feeds the Russian echoes from their primary uplink so they should be reachable in those echoes by him. I had sent out netmails to them to see what their take on the whole sittuation over there was, but I've not recieved anything back. I guess I should follow up on that. I am quite interested in it, as to my undestanding the Russian segment runs a pretty tight ship... I'd really like to find out more about how they operate.
