We don't know that. It may be probable, but we don't know that.

Yep, they were. That could have caused Lorien to act and get 'em to pull
back.

Sure it did. B5 was not destroyed at the time of Ivanova's message.
Survived quite a bit past that. We can guess, but we can't say B5 would have
been destroyed.
Its possible, probable, maybe even likely, but we don't know.

Or the Vorlons, because after all B5 had been touched by Shadows as well. If
Morden or another of his associates were visiting.....
(after all, if we presume Shereidan failed, we can presume that Londo didn't
have Morden executed in this alternate view)
Didn't seem like they cared too much whether there was just one person or a
bunch.
