If it makes you feel any better I had cancer surgery on November 1st...
and have been battling my work's short term disability insurance to get
paid.

I have been off Nov 1 until Jan 3rd and have had to go back to work
because I have had no income for the past two months.  I have had to
cash in part of my IRA at a great penalty just to live.

I know exactly what you are going through and you have to just hang in
there.  Eventually that Duck's gonna pay me (or I'm going to have Duck
for Dinner).
