Ah.  I've just realised something.  File attaches won't work 
anymore, as Tobruk doesn't do anything with them.  TIC still
works though, and you can even send a zero-length file and
it will automatically delete the old file.  I will be adding
features to Tobruk as time goes by.  If anyone wants features
sooner, the C source code is available for FREQ from here 
with magic name "TOBRUK".  I'd wait until perhaps this weekend
though, as I'll be releasing Tobruk 0.31 then.  BFN.  Paul.
