Caller id, call on hold/knock on busy, 3-way calling, voice mail, it is all
"free" with my present provider. That is to say, they do not
offer a deal without it. As for touchtone capability: I know of no provider
who charges extra for that. I do know of one that no longer supports pulse
though. Mine...
