AMEN! Same problem we had in Vietnam, and may possibly (heaven forbid)
allow to happen again in any of a dozen places where US lives may be at
stake.
"Administrators" should stay out of "operational"
matters. The administrator makes the decision "This is what we're
going to do"; anything beyond that point belongs to the engineers
trained to do that job.
