Ones stealing Cars. BUT the Gaming Casinos Attract Thieves form Far and
Wide. Just thnk iabout it as seen by the "Car Booster". 
you see a Couple park their Nice Shinny BMW and go inside the Casino.
Yuo KNOW that you are guranteed that they will NOT be right back and
when they do return you will be Long Gone. 
They also have a big problem with Pickpockets and thefts of anything
loose, Purses. Cell Phones etc inside the Casinos.
