Hi Mark,

I too like experimenting with cocktails but as I'm not overly fond
of Bailey's, bananas, Sambuca or marshmallows I doubt if I shall be
trying that particular combination any time soon.

But what else did you come up with that you considered a winner?

      Yield: 1 Serving
 
    3/4 oz Scotch
    3/4 oz Dry vermouth
    3/4 oz Sweet vermouth
      2 ds Orange bitters
 
  Stir in mixing glass with ice & strain. Add lemon twist, cherry.
  Serve in a 4.5 oz cocktail glass.

      1 ds Limoncello
      1 ds Cherry brandy
 
  Stir in mixing glass with ice & strain. Skip the lemon twist and
  cherry as those flavours are now already in the drink. Serve in a
  4.5 oz cocktail glass.
