If MSD and Windows show Comm 1, 2, and 3, then you'll need to disable comm 2
on the I/O card that has your comports and enable comm 2 IRQ 3 on the modem.
Unless you have something currently attached to comm 2, then you won't see it
working. Since it shows up in MSD and Windows, it is enabled.
